Shipping Policy
1. Overview
JBH aims to deliver your order quickly, safely and affordably across Kenya. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and dispatch orders, estimated delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, and what to do if a parcel is lost, delayed or damaged.
2. Processing Time
- Standard processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment.
- Order verification: All orders are subject to payment and fraud checks; we may request additional verification before dispatch.
- Cut-off for same-day dispatch: Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 EAT on a business day may be dispatched the same day.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
Free standard shipping on orders over KES 5,000
5. Delivery & Risk
Once we hand your order to the courier, risk of loss and ownership passes to you. You are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is delayed, check tracking first. If tracking shows no movement for 48 hours, contact us immediately.
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify JBH within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging and product.
7. International Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
