Haus Points is our loyalty programme. It rewards customers for purchases and engagement. Points are redeemable for discounts on future purchases on jogabonitohaus.com.

Qualifying Purchases

Earn 1 point for every KES 100 spent. Note: Points exclude shipping fees, gift cards, taxes, and promotional items where explicitly stated.

Expiry & Forfeiture

Points expire 24 months from the date they were earned. JBH reserves the right to forfeit points in inactive accounts (24 months) or for fraudulent activity.

Returns & Adjustments

If you return an item for a refund, JBH will remove any points earned from that purchase. Points used on a refunded purchase will be adjusted accordingly.

Points are personal to the account holder and cannot be sold or transferred. Joga Bonito Haus reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards programme at any time.
