Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from JBH’s official website and authorised sales channels, covering jerseys, footwear, tracksuits, and other apparel. It does not cover items sold by third parties outside JBH’s official channels.

All sales are final except where the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Customised or personalised items (e.g., name & number embroidery) are non-returnable unless faulty.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, JBH will replace, repair, or issue a full refund at our discretion. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for these specific cases.

Under Kenyan consumer law, you may have the right to cancel a distance sale within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind cancellations.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted as a general rule. Exchanges for sizing or models are handled on a case-by-case basis if contacted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to stock availability and customer-paid shipping.

Items sold as clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. M-Pesa / Airtel Money refunds go to the original number. Card refunds can take 5–14 working days for banks to process once issued by JBH.
